ANIMAL PROTECTION SPELL FOR THE WINTER

Perform this spell on a Thursday before Winter is upon us and food

is scarce.

Cut out magazine pictures or print out pictures off the internet of

animals that live in your area.

Light one brown candle. Have the candle sitting in a dish full of

soil from outside or in a pot of soil. Slowly wave the picture of

the animal over the candle but do not burn it and speak these words:

Gentle Mother Earth

hear my prayer tonight

protect the deer through Winter

'Tis done by candle's light.

Take the next picture and do same thing:

Gentle Mother Earth

hear my prayer tonight

feed the birds through Winter

'Tis done by candle's light.

And so on:

Gentle Mother Earth

hear my prayer tonight

let bears sleep undisturbed

'Tis done by candle's light.

Please note that you do not have to change each verse. Adapt it to

be your own personal prayer.

When you are done, let the candle burn out on its own. Save any

leftover wax. Combine it with some of the soil. Place the

pictures, wax and soil together some place safe for the Winter.

PET PROTECTION BOTTLE SPELL

Color: Lavender

Incense: Chrysanthemum

To many of us, our pets are like our children and considered close family members.

Here is a spell bottle to help keep your four-legged friends from straying too far and getting lost when they explore the outdoors.

On a small piece of paper, draw the outline of a house.

Inside the outline, write your pets name and your address.

Roll the paper up, scroll-fashion, and place it inside the bottle along with a small amount of dirt from your home.

If you live in an apartment, soil from around a houseplant will do.

Add nail clippings and strands of fur, plus a garlic clove or two.

Close the bottle and seal it with red candle wax.

Place this in a safe place, perhaps near where your pet supplies are kept.
