Most people know their sun sign, but unless you are more into astrology than the average person you might not know what your moon sign is. A moon sign is where the moon is when you were born. The moon governs our feelings, emotions and desires. Understanding what our moon sign says about those things can help us be happier and get what we want out of life.
Hay House has launched a new website, the Moon Sign Calculator - http://www.moon-sign-calculator.com/ I tried it out and found it not only really easy to use, but also very accurate.
You need your date of birth and it is useful if you also know the time you were born. Like a lot of people, I only know the very approximate time I was born - just after lunch in fact. However, I found that was enough because, according to the Moon Sign Calculator, the moon stayed in the same sign from the morning that day. Once you have filled in the details on the website, a single click will tell you your moon sign.
From there, the website provides lots of information about what your sign says about you, including your archetype, your love life and your career.
My moon is in Aries, which means I'm a warrior archetype: "Aries Moon types won't shy away from a fight but are just as swift to make sure peace is restored afterwards and things move on." It also points out that I prefer to be my own boss, am a bit of a rebel and like excitement in my love life. Yes, that is definitely me :)
Hay House has also launched 12 ebooks, written by David Wells, that gives more information about the individual moon signs. You get a chance to order the one for your moon sign from the Moon Sign Calculator website, and you can also order them via Amazon. I've now got the one for me: Aries Moon Sign: A Guide to Discovering Your Hidden Inner Self. I'm looking forward to reading it.
